Rite of Spring

The Axel Thue Memorial will begin May 1, 2010. This will be an email tournament open to all interested parties, computer, biological, and hybrid, with proof of interest, or even of capacity for interest, not required. Misere only, with serves up to N = 30, with a three day time limit per move (all games played simultaneously). No entry fee and no prizes apart from honor - carnal, inviolate, erupting into the ordinary light.

An autumn tournament is also projected. Perhaps an obvious challenger for the world championship will emerge from one or both of these contests!
