Last Minute Entry

The hybrid team of Aunt Beast and her creator, Josh Jordan, made a very welcome just-in-time entrant, yielding a total Axel Thue field of four. The other players are Roman Khorkov, James Cook, and Danny Purvis. The format of the tournament was changed from a round robin of four-game matches to a round robin of two-game matches. The games began yesterday, with each player making three serves, one against every other player.

Josh Jordan announced Thursday that he might be able enter the tournament teamed with a misere-capable beta test version of Glop. Friday he decided definitely to participate, but with Aunt Beast rather than Glop.
